Mr. Rousso is a visionary who founded the first Internet e-commerce company, providing online auction services, back in 1984. Mr. Rousso's achievements were recognized by front page coverage in both The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Rousso's has since incubated many start-ups including the first commodity exchange in Moscow (1993), and the first Internet cable company in the U.S. In 2000, he founded NewSight Corporation, the global leader in "no-glasses" 3D displays; and later SPBD Consulting, a technology incubation company through which he launched Accoona Corporation, a search engine in the U.S., China and Europe.In the Biotech field, Armand launched Quantum Genomics corp, a global Biotechnology company maximizing the developments and discoveries of academic research into breakthrough treatments for human disease.
